How does it all work?

When you decide to book with Basking Babes, reach out to us          whether through social media, phone or email; together, we'll discover which luxury picnic package best suits your needs. We'll book a date and location and will be in touch from start to finish.

What days/times can I have my picnic?

Hours vary depending on the guidelines where your luxury picnic is located.

Can I bring my own food?

Absolutely. Luxury picnics are perfect BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) events. Whether it be simple sandwiches or a group potluck, bringing your own food is a great option.

Be sure to check out the Add-On tab where you can add a charcuterie board to your booking to be delivered at the start of your picnic.

How do I make changes to my bookings?

Reach out to us using your preferred method of communication (baskingbabes.com, Facebook, Instagram, E-mail: info@baskingbabes.com, or text: 317-762-2213) preferably within 24 hours of your picnic to try to secure item exchanges and/or add-ons.

All purchases made are non-refundable. A voucher will be issued and is redeemable within 2 months of issuance.  

 

Items added after booking are subject to that item's availability or may be exchanged for an item of equal value if unavailable   Though picnic packages and add-ons are non-refundable, items that are billed but are not available at the time of your picnic will be paid back to you if an item exchange or  credit voucher, are not desired. 

 

Items removed from your booking are non-refundable. A credit voucher will be issued and is redeemable up to 2 months from the date of issuance. The item removed can be exchanged or swapped for an item of equal value.

What is your cancellation policy?

Picnics, deposits and add-ons are non-refundable. However, rescheduling your picnic is an option. There's a 2 month time frame from the date of cancellation, to reschedule your luxury picnic.

Is alcohol provided?

Each luxury picnic package comes with the option of still or carbonated water for each guest. Alcoholic beverages are not provided.
